No, our chefs handle all grocery shopping. We'll provide a detailed ingredient list and cost breakdown. You can either have us shop for you (included in the service) or provide the ingredients yourself if preferred.

Our chefs specialize in a wide variety of cuisines including Italian, Indian, Chinese, French, Mexican, Mediterranean, Thai, Japanese, and American. Each chef has their own specialty, so you can choose based on your preferences.

Absolutely! We specialize in custom menus tailored to your preferences, dietary restrictions, and occasion. Our chefs will work with you to create a personalized menu that meets your exact requirements.

Yes, our chefs always clean up after cooking. This includes washing dishes, cleaning cooking surfaces, and leaving your kitchen as clean as they found it. Cleanup is included in all our services.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for the best availability, especially for weekends and holidays. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on chef availability.

Safety & Quality

Yes, all our chefs undergo comprehensive background checks including criminal history, professional references, and culinary certification verification. Your safety and security are our top priorities.

We take food allergies extremely seriously. Our chefs follow strict cross-contamination protocols and can prepare meals in dedicated areas. Please inform us of any allergies when booking, and we'll ensure your safety is our top priority.

Payment & Policies

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is typically required at the time of booking, with flexible payment plans available for larger events. For cattering clients, we can arrange invoice billing.

Tipping is completely optional and based on your satisfaction with the service. If you're happy with your chef's performance, a tip of 15-20% is customary but never expected. The chef's service fee is included in your booking price.

We offer flexible cancellation: Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before service, 50% refund for 24-48 hours, and no refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Rescheduling is subject to chef availability with no additional fees for changes made 48+ hours in advance.
