Terms & Conditions

1. Chef Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to provide professional culinary services to clients through Maharaja Chef Services. You must maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.

2. Professional Standards

All chefs must possess valid food handler certifications and maintain current knowledge of food safety regulations. You agree to follow all local health department guidelines and Maharaja Chef Services protocols.

3. Client Confidentiality

Chefs agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, dietary preferences, and personal details. All client interactions and information must remain private and secure.

4. Payment Terms

Chefs will be compensated according to the agreed-upon rates and payment schedule. Payment processing fees may apply. Late payments will incur applicable fees as outlined in your contract.

5. Insurance Requirements

All chefs must maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be required before accepting bookings. Maharaja Chef Services is not responsible for any damages or injuries not covered by your insurance.

6. Background Checks

All applicants must consent to comprehensive background checks including criminal history, employment verification, and professional references. Failure to pass background checks will result in application denial.

7. Professional Conduct

Chefs are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Any behavior that reflects negatively on Maharaja Chef Services or violates client trust may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

Chefs retain ownership of their original recipes and culinary creations. By joining our platform, you grant Maharaja Chef Services the right to use your recipes for client services and marketing purposes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Maharaja Chef Services reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate chefs for violations of these terms or professional misconduct.

10. Liability

Chefs are responsible for their own actions and any consequences resulting from their services. Maharaja Chef Services is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring during chef services unless directly caused by our negligence.
