Booking Rules

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email and are subject to availability of chefs. Booking confirmation is provided only after acceptance by Maharaja Chef Services. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion if service requirements cannot be met.

Service Scope

Our chefs provide in-home cooking services as agreed at the time of booking. Services include menu planning, meal preparation, and basic kitchen cleanup. Any additional services not agreed upon in advance may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a clean, safe, and fully functional kitchen environment, including necessary utilities such as water, electricity, and cooking equipment. Clients are responsible for informing us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special health requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a booking subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Payments

Payment is due as per the agreed terms at the time of booking or service. We accept major credit and debit cards. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of service or restriction from future bookings.

Pricing & Changes

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes to pricing or service scope will be communicated before confirmation of the booking.

Liability Disclaimer

Maharaja Chef Services is not responsible for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or health issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. We are also not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing kitchen conditions or equipment.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Maharaja Chef Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate conditions are encountered at the service location.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of California courts.

Changes to Terms

Maharaja Chef Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
