Refund Policy
At Maharaja Chef Services, we are committed to providing exceptional personal chef services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for services that have not yet been performed or in cases where the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards. Refunds may be considered if:
- The service is canceled by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
- Technical issues prevent service delivery
- The chef is unable to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances
Timeframe for Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date or the date the issue occurred. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Special event services that have been partially or fully performed
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
