At Maharaja Chef Services, we are committed to providing exceptional personal chef services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for services that have not yet been performed or in cases where the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards. Refunds may be considered if:

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date or the date the issue occurred. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
