With over 10 years of experience, David was born and raised in Seoul and learned traditional Korean cooking from his grandmother. He specializes in Korean BBQ, fermented foods, and the perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors that define Korean cuisine.
David believes that Korean food is about community, health, and tradition. He uses authentic techniques and ingredients to create dishes that are both comforting and exciting, from sizzling tabletop BBQ to delicate banchan (side dishes).
